Jewelry Manufacturing: Where and How Are They Created?

  • Location: All our jewelry is designed and handcrafted in our workshop located in the southwest of France.
  • Materials: We use 18-carat gold-plated brass, combined with fine stones and freshwater pearls carefully sourced in France and Europe.
  • Specificities: Nickel-free, they are suitable for sensitive skin.
  • Eco-responsible approach: Manufacturing is done to order, in small quantities to avoid waste, which may slightly extend our shipping times.

Creative Inspiration: Where do your ideas come from?

My main inspiration comes from nature (sun, moon, stars, oceans, forests), but also from history , tales and legends , mythology and ancient cultures .
I also enjoy traveling, photography, and reading. Every experience and every material I handle nourishes my ideas, leaving plenty of room for intuition and heart in my creations.

Raw materials: What do your jewelry contain?

  • Materials: Brass gilded with 18-carat fine gold for good resistance, fine stones and authentic freshwater pearls (natural variations in shapes and colors).
  • Origin: France and Europe (Spain, Germany, Greece) to limit the carbon footprint.
  • Quality: We sustainably select the best materials after years of research and testing.

Jewelry Care: How to Preserve It?

Our creations are gilded with 18-karat fine gold. They are guaranteed to be lead-, cadmium-, and nickel-free. Despite this, our jewelry is durable and of high quality, with a low risk of oxidation.
We nevertheless advise you to avoid contact with chemicals in order to preserve the beautiful color of your jewelry and its shine for a very long time. To prolong their lifespan, avoid contact with water, perfume, chemicals and cosmetics as much as possible. Also avoid playing sports while wearing them, as well as swimming. From time to time, remember to remove them at bedtime. Our boxes are the allies of your jewelry. They protect them from light and humidity. This will even prevent them from getting tangled. Finally, to clean your jewelry, a soft, dry cloth will be enough to revive the shine of the gold, which develops a slight patina over time.

Depending on your wishes and our available materials, we will do everything we can to bring your project to life. Manufacturing times range from 1 to 10 business days.

Order deadlines and tracking

Your jewelry is custom-made to order, without prior stock, to avoid any waste of materials.

  • Manufacturing: 1 to 7 working days.
  • Delivery to France:
    • Standard: 2 to 5 working days.
    • Colissimo: 1 to 2 working days.
  • Delivery to Europe: 3 to 8 working days.
  • Worldwide Delivery: 8 to 12 working days.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to enter on the La Poste website: https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/suivre-vos-envois

Broken Jewelry: What to Do?

Your jewelry is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against breakage or our errors. If you have any problems, contact us by email at revesiebijoux@gmail.com , specifying your order number and contact information. We will guide you through the return procedure.

Depending on the issue, the repair takes between 1 and 10 business days, after which the jewelry will be returned to the agreed-upon address. You will receive a tracking number to track its progress.

This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, oxidation, deterioration due to mishandling, improper use or intentional modifications.

Giving a piece of jewelry: How to do it?

We are delighted that you choose Rêvésie for your birthday, Christmas, or other occasion gifts, and touched to see our jewelry on your wishlists!

  • Gift Option: Add the gift option to your cart here .
  • Personalization: Add a note for the recipient in the "Note" section at checkout.

Gift card: An ideal solution

Offering a gift card is the ideal solution to please without making a mistake and letting the person choose the jewelry of their dreams!

Available from €30 to €200, it is valid for 1 year on our entire site. The card is available in digital format (send by email) or in paper format (send by post).

You can also add a personalized message. To use it, simply enter the code on the card in your shopping cart, and the amount will be automatically deducted.

Payment in installments: Is it possible?

Yes, if your PayPal account is eligible, you can pay in installments. If the option doesn't appear, check with PayPal directly.

Returns and exchanges

I accept returns without problem (except for custom or personalized jewelry: necklace lengths, customization requests), to be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that I do not refund shipping costs on the order, only the value of the jewelry.
Please first send me a message to let me know your request to return a piece of jewelry, and I will then give you the address to return the jewelry to me (well packaged and with tracking). I am not responsible for the loss of the package when you return the jewelry. I will only refund the jewelry when I have received the jewelry back (in its original condition).

How do I receive my invoice?

For environmental reasons, invoices are not sent in your packages. You can find all your invoices in your personal space.

Errors or missing packages: What to do?

  • Missing jewelry: Contact us with your order number and a photo if necessary.
  • Package not received: Check with your neighborhood or post office. If still not found, write to us, we will do our best to locate it.
  • Package returned to sender: We will reship it to you upon receipt.

Can I come and collect my order from your workshop?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your orders from the workshop.
