Simply slide it into the ear hole and twist until you get the photo look, just needing one ear hole.

Choose the single model:
1. Right
2. Left (like me in the photo, it's on my left)

Attention: The direction and loop changes depending on left and right. Be sure to choose your ear side which will correspond to your left or right. If you are right-handed, and you want the right version, the loop will be on the same side as your right hand, this is just to help you visualize the right side :)
